Service InspectionDynomax has stringent reuse criteria on all essential parts and utilizes state of the art technologies to provide accurate measurements. Critical to performance parts are measured using a coordinate-measuring machine (CMM) to eliminate dimensional human error. CMM measurements are conducted on new inventory and post run components to ensure the highest quality.

Rotor InspectionPower section rotors are inspected for and chrome or carbide damage and measured before each run. Dynomax head office utilizes a 3D laser scanning Romer Arm to provide accurate lobe measurements within 0.002". |

Stator InspectionPower section stators are inspected with a high definition borescope for any wear, chunking, or foreign materials. Stators free of excess wear or perfomance issues will be laser scanned utilizing a Lotis laser stator profiling and measuring system which provides an accurate surface profile within 0.002".  |

3rd party inspectionDynomax uses 3rd part NDE testing after every tool service to provide high reliability and ensure every tool delivers industry leading performance. Upon request, tools can be TH Hill/NS2 certified to industry standards for high profile work. |
