We offer a wide variety of rotor and stator configurations to provide optimum torque and rpm for the available flow rate and desired differential pressure.

Our Mud Motor’s leading design provides the option of either adjustable or fixed bent housings, near bit stabilizers or kick pads, and any combination of float, dump or circulating subs.

Oil Lubricated Motors are available in sizes ranging from 2-1/8” (54mm) to 11-1/4” (286mm).

Zero Bypass Rotary-Steerable specific configurations are also available!

Features

Custom designed thrust bearing maximizes load while optimizing space.
Splined drive shaft provides excellent torque capacity; with reduced vibration compared to other driveline styles.
Adjustable bent housing (0° to 3° in 13 increments) or a fixed bent housing.
Flow restrictor that reduces pressure in the bearing assembly to a near balanced condition which extends seal life and minimizes oil loss.
Employs the patented Kalsi Rotary Seal – a seal that has been successfully run in down hole drilling applications for over 20 years.
Includes increased internal drive line dimensions to accommodate high torque required in today’s drilling operations (e.g. Extended and Even Wall power sections).

Dynomax Mud Motors are proven to operate in extreme drilling conditions. They increase the rate of penetration and can therefore reduce drilling times.
